Getting a Quick View of Your Progress

A good way to get a quick view of your progress is to view Sales Process Detail in its collapsed state.

  1. Stage
  2. Your current stage in the sales process, as determined by the software, is shown in a darker shade than the other stages.

    In the example above, you can see that you're in the Evidence stage.

  3. Status
  4. These icons show the Status of each qualifying question and verifiable outcome in the relevant stage. You can update the status of a qualifier and verifiable outcome by clicking the relevant icon to toggle through the available statuses.

  5. Stage Progress Bar
  6. This is a visual representation of progress through this stage.

  7. Stage Progress Percentage
  8. A numerical representation of the progress through this stage.

  9. Stage Threshold Indicator
  10. This icon indicates that you have made sufficient progress in a particular stage to progress to the next stage. (All previous stages must also have seen sufficient progress.)

    The threshold for sufficiency is determined by a combination of the stage progress percentage (say 80%) and completion of all qualifying questions flagged as "essential" in the sales process .
